Millard Mitchell Scholarship

The AAMBC seeks to recognize student achievements by celebrating and awarding high school seniors who are dedicated to serving their school and their community. In 2019, the Museum established the Millard Mitchell Scholarship as a way to support deserving graduating high school students who intend to further their education. The annual Millard Mitchell Scholarship is a one-time award of $1,000 dollars presented to at least three students who have been accepted by an accredited post-secondary institution. Millard Mitchell was a founder of the AAMBC who believed that students should be recognized based on talents, leadership, academic achievements and community service.
